Your website should work for every customer.
We test your site the way a customer using a screen reader would, fix what is broken in the code, and hand you the report. Audits are $749. Every price is on this page.
Got it. Check your inbox.
We have your website address. A confirmation is on its way to you now, and the results follow within one to five business days, Monday to Friday.
There is nothing else for you to do. If you would rather talk it through sooner, call 305.967.5235 and a person will answer.
The free check finds roughly a third of the problems on a typical site. It is a starting point, not a compliance report, and we will tell you what it could not see.
Or book a free and private consultation, or call 305.967.5235 and talk to a person. Not a form, not a chatbot.

What the law actually says
The Americans with Disabilities Act covers places of public accommodation. Courts across the country have applied that to business websites, and Florida is the second most active state in the country for these cases. That is the finding of both EcomBack, which tracks these filings, and Seyfarth Shaw, the law firm that defends them.
There is no government certificate for website accessibility. Nobody can issue you one, and nobody can register you as compliant.
The standard that courts and plaintiffs point to is WCAG, currently version 2.2, level AA. That is what we test against, and it is what your report will reference line by line.
Anyone who tells you they can make you compliant in 48 hours is not telling you the truth.
Read this before you buy anything
If you already installed an accessibility widget
A widget is a script that sits on top of your website. It can change colors and text size for a visitor who finds the button. It does not change the code underneath, and the code underneath is what a screen reader actually reads.
That is why installing one does not do what the sales page implies.
We change the code. Your site keeps working the way you built it, and it works for people who cannot use a mouse or cannot see the screen.
3,948
Website accessibility lawsuits filed in the United States during 2025
1 in 4
Of those, 983 of them, or 24.9 percent, were against businesses that already had an accessibility widget installed
$1M
FTC penalty against a widget vendor in January 2025 over its compliance claims
Where these come from. Lawsuit counts are from EcomBack's 2025 year end report, which includes both federal and state court filings. Seyfarth Shaw, counting federal filings only, reports 3,117 for the same year. Both are correct measurements of different things, and we would rather show you that than pick the bigger one and stay quiet. The penalty figure is from the Federal Trade Commission, January 2025.
The process
How this works
Four steps. You can stop after any of them, and you will know the price before each one.
STEP 1
Free check
$0 · results in 1 to 5 business days
An automated scan of your site. We send you what it found, and we tell you plainly what an automated scan cannot see.
STEP 2
Audit
$749 flat · 5 to 10 business days
A certified tester goes through your site by hand using a screen reader. You receive every issue found, what it breaks for a real person, and the code that fixes it.
STEP 3
Fixes
Quoted after the audit
We do the work in your site, not on top of it. The price depends on what we found, which is why we will not pretend to know it before we look.
STEP 4
Monitoring
$149/month, paid annually
An automated re-check every month and a hand re-test every quarter. Sites change constantly, and new problems arrive with new content.

Fixes are quoted after the audit
Most small business sites land between $2,900 and $8,900
We will not put a single number on this page and then change it once we see your site. What we will do is show you what a quote looks like.
12 page restaurant site on WordPress
34 issues found, 9 of them blocking a screen reader entirely
$3,200
40 page medical clinic site on Shopify
71 issues found, 18 of them blocking
$5,900
These two are illustrations of how a quote is built.
Who does the work
A person tests your site, not a robot
Your audit is performed by a tester who uses assistive technology and holds professional accessibility certifications.
An automated tool cannot tell you whether your menu is usable. It can tell you that a button has no label. It cannot tell you that the label is there and still makes no sense to somebody who cannot see the icon next to it. A person can.

We can share our own audit
This site was tested against WCAG 2.2 level AA by the same people who will test yours. We can share our report, just request a consultation.
If a company selling you accessibility will not show you its own results, that should be a problem.
Before you call
Platforms we work on
Some platforms do not let anyone change the underlying page structure. On those, several fixes are simply not possible, and we will tell you that instead of taking your money.
Full audit and fixes
On these we can reach the actual code, so anything the audit finds can be fixed properly.
One honest note on Shopify. We can fix your theme and your product pages. Checkout belongs to Shopify and cannot be edited below their Plus plan, so that part stays as they built it.
Audit only
These builders do not allow edits to the page structure they generate. We will audit your site and tell you exactly what can and cannot be fixed where it stands.
If the answer is that your platform is the problem, that is a real finding and you should have it. We are not going to sell you work the platform prevents.
Worth knowing
You may get half of it back
If your business had under $1 million in receipts, or 30 or fewer full time employees last year, the IRS Disabled Access Credit may apply. It returns 50 percent of eligible spending between $250 and $10,250, for a credit of up to $5,000. The form is 8826.
For example: on a $749 audit followed by a $5,200 fix, that is $5,949 of eligible spending. The credit covers half of everything above the first $250, which comes to $2,849.50.

Book a free and private consultation
Thirty minutes with a person who does this work. Bring your website address, and any letter you have received. We will tell you what is likely wrong, what we can and cannot fix on your platform, and roughly what it would cost.
We are not a law firm, so this is not a legal consultation and it is not a privileged conversation. If you have already received a claim and you have an attorney, speak with them as well.
Or leave your details and we will call you.
Got it. Check your inbox.
We have your details and a confirmation is on its way to you now. We tend to reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
If you would rather not wait, pick a time yourself or call 305.967.5235.
Questions
What people ask us first
Am I actually required to do this?
If your business serves the public, the ADA applies to you, and courts have extended that to websites. Whether your specific site is a problem depends on what is on it, which is what the audit answers. We are not a law firm and this is not legal advice.
Will this stop me from being sued?
No one can promise that, and you should be careful with anyone who does. What we can do is find the problems, fix them, and give you a dated record of exactly what was tested, what was fixed, and when. If we cannot fix them, we will let you know.
I already received a demand letter. What now?
Talk to your attorney first. We fix websites, we do not handle claims, and we will not give you legal advice about one.
Do you fix it, or do you just hand me a list?
Both are available. The $749 audit is a complete report and it is yours whether or not you hire us to do the work. If you want us to do it, we quote that separately after the audit.
What is WCAG?
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. It is the international standard for making websites usable by people with disabilities, and it is what courts and plaintiffs point to. The current version is 2.2, and level AA is the level that matters for your business.
How long does the whole thing take?
The audit takes 5 to 10 business days. The fixes themselves depend on the site, and we agree the window with you in writing before we start.
My site is on Wix. Can you help?
We can audit it. We cannot fully fix it, because Wix does not let anyone edit the page structure it generates. You will get a clear report of what is wrong and which items are fixable on that platform, so you can decide what to do next.
What happens after you finish?
You keep the report. Monitoring is available at $149 per month, paid annually, if you want us to keep checking, and it is entirely optional. Nothing renews unless you ask for it.
Start with the free check. It costs nothing and takes a minute.
You will know where your site stands before you spend anything, and we will tell you what the scan could not see.
