Privacy and your data

Who we are

myADAcompliance sells web accessibility audits, fixes, and monitoring to businesses in Florida. You can reach us at help@myadacompliance.com or 305.967.5235. We are the ones deciding what happens to the information described below.

What we collect

• What you type into a form. Depending on the form, that is your website address, your email address, your name, your phone number, and the times you prefer to be reached.
• Whether you asked for our emails. The consent box on each form is recorded exactly as you left it.
• Your website itself. When you ask for a free check, we look at the pages of the address you gave us, the same way any visitor would.
• Ordinary server records. Our host keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses. We do not build profiles from them.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or anything about your customers.

Why we collect it

• To run the check you asked for and send you the result.
• To reply to you, quote work, and deliver work you have bought.
• To send you occasional emails about accessibility, only if you left the consent box ticked.
• To keep records we are required to keep, such as invoices.

Who else touches it

We are a small company and we use a handful of established services to run this site. Each of them holds some of your information in order to do its job, and none of them is permitted to use it for anything else.

• Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions.
• Resend sends our email and stores the contact record if you consented.
• Cal.com handles consultation bookings if you pick a time.
• Namecheap Private Email carries mail sent to and from help@myadacompliance.com.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We mention it because most sites do not.

Our accessibility testing is performed by a certified partner working under our name. They receive what they need to test and fix your site, and nothing else. They may not use it for their own marketing or sales.

What we will never do

These are commitments, not preferences.

• We will never sell your information, or rent it, or trade it.
• We will never use a free check as a way to find someone to sue. Website scan submissions, audit findings, and anything else you send us will not be used to identify, refer, or support any claim or lawsuit against you or against anyone else. Not by us, and not by anyone we work with. If that separation ever ceases to be true, this page changes first.
• We will never add you to a marketing list you did not agree to. If you untick the box, you get the answer you asked for and nothing else.
• We will never send your data outside the services listed above without telling you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording, and no third party tracker. Nothing here follows you to another website.

How long we keep it

• Form submissions: up to 24 months, so we can find our own history with you.
• Email contact records: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Client work, including audit reports and invoices: seven years, because tax and business records require it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any marketing email. It takes effect immediately.
• Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you.
• Ask us to delete it and we will, except for records we are legally required to keep, and we will tell you which those are.
• Correct anything that is wrong.

Email help@myadacompliance.com for any of these. We aim to answer within five business days, and we will not make you prove you are serious before we act.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to form submissions and contact records is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise.

Children

This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this page

If we change how any of this works, we change this page and update the date at the top. If a change is material, and you are on our email list, we will tell you in an email rather than hoping you notice.
